This is Eleanor Elizabeth Watson, but she never answers to that. She will only answer to Ellen. Currently, she is a senior at Hawthorne Academy. Ellen spends the majority of her time studying in the library and keeping to herself. She doesn't really fit in with her peers. She has what one would call an old soul and doesn't really partake in some of the activities her peers consider fun. Deep down, she wishes she could fit in with everyone else and that makes her a bit insecure. She's a strong woman and very independent. She has her own opinions, and she's very stubborn about them. Getting into an argument with her is entertaining because she will absolutely not let go of her beliefs. She's also very ambitious and wants success in life. Some see this as being very intimidating.
friends. Ellen doesn't keep acquaintances. She prefers to have small group of friends that she's particularly close to opposed to a wide circle of "friends." It takes a lot to earn her friendship; she doesn't trust easily. But once the trust is earned, it is for life. She's very honest, and will not sugarcoat things. She's definitely a realist opposed to an idealist. Honestly, she doesn't have very many friends because she isolates herself. She believes she's a misfit and doesn't belong with her peers. Most of the time she's studying, but it would be cool if she could have a couple friends who try to loosen her up! I would love for her to have one best friend that she confides in.
lovers. She is completely oblivious when it comes to love. She doesn't think she'd be the type of girl to attract attention from a boy even though she sometimes does. Occasionally, she has had a crush on someone, but she's too scared to start a relationship. She also feels as though a boyfriend would be a distraction. Ellen has high academic standards, so her studies will almost always come first. She's never had a boyfriend before, so if someone should fall for her, she'll be a complete newbie. He'll have to be patient with her.
enemies. Most of the popular cheerleaders are on this list. They tease her mercilessly, and she usually tells them off. Though as of late, she's beginning to just ignore them. Ellen has very strong beliefs. She's also very ambitious and headstrong, so that can cause her to come off a touch intimidating. She also has a slight issue with control. In other words, she's a total control freak.
relationships
Rose is a very friendly, down to Earth girl. She's pretty simple to understand. She comes from a good family. Her dad's an engineer and her mother teaches preschool. Although her family is not poor, they are not wealthy. She is a scholarship kid, but she's really proud to be one! Rose knows how hard it is to get in on scholarship, so she isn't ashamed nor does she long to be one of the popular kids. Rose isn't unfamiliar with the class warfare that goes on in the school. She's been in the line of fire before, but she tries to stay out of it for the most part. She also loves to bake, and will always bring in sweets before any sort of vacation!
friends. Rose loves people. She enjoys socializing and hanging out with her peers. She's a good person with a kind heart. She's extremely humble and prefers to play the supporting role in a friendship opposed to the starring role. Most of her friends will probably be fellow scholarship kids. But if someone who is not on scholarship is friendly to her, she'd be totally open to a friendship! Rose will pretty much be friends with anyone as long as they are respectful and polite.
lovers. For the most part, Rose is inexperienced when it comes to dating. She's had those silly little childhood flings that can hardly be called dating. Someday she does wish to meet Mr. Right and get married, but she isn't desperate to have a steady boyfriend.
enemies. Honestly, Rose herself tries not to burn bridges. Some people prejudge her, which she understands. Preconceptions about someone is typical. She, herself, tries to get to know the person before drawing conclusions. If someone is disrespectful or downright mean to her, she won't just sit around and take it, but it would have to be something pretty offensive to set her off.
relationships
Abigale's parents are not extraordinary or powerful like some of the other kids at school. Her dad's a public school teacher and her mother is a florist. Her childhood and early teen years have been very modest. Her birth was a mistake, and she knows it. Her mother had dreams of becoming a doctor, but she had to quit medical school to have her. Even though her parents say it wasn't her fault, she still feels pretty guilty. Abi's a scholarship kid but she desperately wishes she wasn't. She wants to fit in with the 'it crowd' and will do anything to break through. Right now she's pretty sweet and innocent, but that is bound to change in the future.
friends. Abi's a really sweet person. She hasn't fully come into her own, so she's a bit shy and socially awkward. She loves shopping and watching romantic comedies all night long with her gal pals. I'm sure she'll have a good, strong, small circle of acquaintances. She's a pretty loyal friend, but she can also come off as being a touch clingy. If she were to become the minion of someone who is popular, she'd probably follow them around like a lost puppy! Just an idea.
lovers. Abigale's dreamt of falling in love, but she has never actually been in love. She's never even been kissed before. She's completely clueless when it comes to the opposite sex, but she'd love to have a boyfriend someday!
enemies. I could see some people not liking how naiive she is. Some might think it's just some stupid act. She can also be a bit too much of a ray of sunshine which I imagine will annoy some people.
relationships
Juliet was born into a wealthy family, but she cut off ties with them after they practically disowned her for not getting into the college they wanted her to go to. Currently, she is attending Columbia University for music performance in cello. She's very shy and prefers to spend her days in the music room, practicing her cello. She's extremely passionate about music. Music will always come first to her. She is very insecure about herself and has the first signs of anorexia. She has an older sister that she's never met, and she's trying hard to find her. During semester breaks, she stays with her grandmother in Manhattan.
friends. Juliet is very shy and socially awkward. She keeps to herself and tries to avoid conversations with other people. Right now, she doesn't have very many friends. On campus, she's a bit of an invisible girl. She attends classes but is never seen out in the evening. Her roommate hardly knows her at all. It would be cool if someone broke through to her and became a best friend though! She needs someone to vent to.
lovers. She believes in the concept of true love, but she has never experienced it before. In high school, she had silly infatuations on boys that meant nothing, but it was never anything serious. The guy who does manage to win her over will have to be pretty fantastic, respectful, and gentlemanly. Yes, she has very high expectations.
enemies. She is such a quiet, reserved child. I don't know if she even leaves her dorm, music room, or library enough to make enemies. Perhaps a music rival? I don't know! If you have any thoughts though, I'd love to hear!
relationships
Aurora has seen much of the world. She spent a lot of her time after college travelling and even lived in London for two years. She has a bit of a dark past. For a while, she was addicted to drugs and alcohol, but she has completely turned her life around. Currently, she teaches European History at Hawthorne Academy. She's a good teacher, but her methods are very unorthodox and crazy!
friends. Aurora is pretty empathetic and enjoys being around people. She likes being friendly with everyone, whether it be a fellow teacher, student, or someone entirely different. There's still a bit of the party girl in her. She likes having a good time! She's been through a lot in her life, and does need a good friend who she can talk to and lean on! There are certainly many possibilities here!
lovers. She's pretty guarded. In college, she slept around a lot and feels really guilty for it. I think she needs the right guy to come around who loves all of her, even the dark past. She needs to learn to forgive herself because right now, she's scared falling in love will mean hurting either herself or whoever the person is.
enemies. I guarantee some professors and parents won't like her teaching methods, nor will they like how friendly she can be with the students. Should her difficult past get out, people might judge her more harshly as well. Aurora, herself, won't hate people for no reason. She isn't that type of person anymore. But if someone is rude to her, she won't just take it. She'll fight back, and she fights back pretty hard.
relationships
Evangeline is tough as nails. That is not an exaggeration. She's an incredibly strong woman who is very stubborn. She's married to the love of her life and best friend, Aaron Ward, with whom she has three beautiful children. She's very happy with her life so far and feels very fulfilled. As the new dean of Hawthorne, she doesn't play favorites. This has been sort of controversial amongst the parents. Other deans have turned a blind eye to bad behavior if the student was influential enough. Evangeline simply won't do that. She treats everyone equally, and gives everybody the same chance. She's a strict disciplinarian who likes to get the job done. Nothing more, nothing less.
friends. Outside of work, Evan truly is a lovely woman. She likes to grab an occasional drink at the bar and talk with her close friends. She doesn't mind social engagements and will occasionally throw some of her own. She's a good listener and offers wise advise for those who seek it. She also has a very sarcastic sense of humor around her closest companions. People are always shocked when they hear she's quite funny.
lovers. She's married to the love of her life. There might be some exes or people who have a crush on her, but it would be all one sided.
enemies. Evangeline swears she's number one on some people's hit list. Some parents really don't like her, and a lot of the students despise her. She's a toughie and can be very hard on people. She's also extremely opinionated and a bit of a control freak which certainly can be off putting. I expect she'll have plenty in this category.

thirty nine, editor of the new yorker, outgoing, single, cate blanchett, application
Audrey is a born and bred New Yorker. She walks like New York, talks like New York, and owns wayyyy too much black. She's extremely social and loves throwing huge, grandiose dinner parties. She's good at her job, but hates deadlines. She loves to shop for high end clothing, and probably spends way too much money on handbags and shoes. She's very vain which is a problem she knows she has but won't admit out loud. She leads a pretty glamorous life.
friends. Audrey has a very extensive friends list. She's bright, fun, and loves people. Many of these friends will only be acquaintances though. She only keeps a very select few close friends. There are too many backstabbing people out in the world today, she just can't trust absolutely everyone. She's pretty nice to talk to though, and she likes to make friends with lots of people.
lovers. Lovers will be interesting. When she was younger she had a reputation for being 'wild' and some even considered her slutty, but she's trying hard to change. I'd love to see a guy change her world and make her realize how wonderful love really is. For now, she's single and loving it (or so she says)
enemies. Enemies will definitely be plentiful. She can come off as abrasive and can be selfish. She'll do a lot to advance her career, and she knows how to play the class warfare game.

forty five, fashion designer, power hungry, married, kelly rutherford, application
Her family comes first. No matter what, she will protect her family. She's the classic definition of a helicopter mother. Her children must be perfect. They have to get good grades, do well in school, and be popular. If they aren't, her disappointment is made known. If there's something going on at the school that she doesn't approve of, she makes that known loud and clear as well. She's insanely wealthy and one of the elite.
friends. Maddy doesn't have friends. She has colleagues, acquaintances, and women she has to put up with because, well, she's Madeline Parker. She doesn't like the commitment that comes along with friendship, and she's wary of getting stabbed in the back. It 's a harsh world out there, and she doesn't want to become a casualty.
lovers. She's married. Surprisingly, it's a pretty happy marriage.
enemies. Madeline doesn't really have a warm side unless she is with people she cares deeply for, so strangers think she's a cold bitch. Frankly, she is. She's selfish, arrogant, and unpleasant to be around, leaving her with an abundance of enemies.

Atticus Evan Granger was born and raised in England. He came over to the United States for college and attended Stanford University for political science. Eventually, he went on to get his JD at law school. He's a very sweet and sensitive guy. He loves being active. His best friends are his pets. He's very empathetic and a very good listener. Currently, he's bored in his job and wants to move onto something new and exciting, but he's scared.
friends. He is literally the sweetest guy ever! I know he'll have lots of friends because look at him! It's Tom freaking Hiddleston. He can be socially awkward at times, but he likes being around people despite this. He's also a good listener, and will always be there for his friends should they ever need him. He's loyal to a fault and extremely respectful and honorable.
lovers. He has never had a girlfriend before. Apparently, he can be quite the charmer. A lot of girls flock to him, but he's totally oblivious to their affections. It'll be interesting to see someone flirt with him.
enemies. Lawyers have enemies. Atticus isn't an exception. He tries hard not to compromise his morals on the job, but sometimes it's necessary. There will probably be plenty of people who have a grudge against him. As a person, though, he doesn't like making enemies.
