GABRIEL ANDREWS EIGHTEEN SENIOR POPULAR CHACE CRAWFORD

This is Gabriel Andrews. Eventually, Ellen and he shall date. He's the older brother of Lawson Andrews. Gabe is Hawthorne's golden child. He's popular, the captain of the football team, and extremely handsome. He's had a lot of girlfriends in the past, and is possibly the most desirable bachelor at Hawthorne. So, my thought is that Gabe and Ellen run in to each other somewhere. Maybe at the movies? Or she could even be his tutor. They start out as friends, and then he realizes he likes her as more than just a friend. He'll eventually ask her out on a date. Unbeknownst to him, his little brother, Lawson, is also interested in Ellen. Gabe's younger brother will warn Ellen about Gabe's lack of commitment in a relationship. Between that and Gabe pressuring Ellen to go further in the relationship than she wants to, Because Ellen refuses to, he will cheat on her with Ena. Ellen will eventually find out, and whether the two of them stay together is up to our threads!

MARCUS WATSON FORTY TWO HISTORY PROFESSOR AT NYU LOVING AARON ECKHART

This is Marcus Watson. He is Ellen's father. Currently, he is teaching history at New York University. He's very British and attended university at Oxford. For graduate school, he came over to America and studied at Columbia University. He's very smart, loyal, and kind. He loves his children very much, especially Ellen. Marcus is much softer than his wife. He sees how hard she can be on their children, and tries to tell her to tone it down, but his wife has a mind of her own. As a dad, he tries as hard as he can to soften his wife's words whenever she's cruel to their children.

ALYSSA WATSON FORTY THREE POLITICAL JOURNALIST COLD JULIANNE MOORE

This is Alyssa Watson. She's the mother of Ellen and Ena. Right now, she's a political journalist for CNN. Alyssa is very much a feminist. She had difficulty in college because she was a woman, and then after graduation she had an even harder time finding a job. She met her husband, Marcus, at Columbia University where she studied journalism and communications. She is one hundred percent Irish. Both her parents grew up in Ireland and immigrated to America. She can have a really bad temper particularly when things don't go her way. Sometimes she can be cruel to her children without even realizing it. Everything she does is out of love though, even if she does have a funny way of showing it.

ENA WATSON FOURTEEN FRESHMAN WILD BONNIE WRIGHT

Ena is Ellen's baby sister. When they were young children, they used to do everything together. As time went on, Ellen grew up and Ena just got super clingy. They grew apart. Not long ago, Ena started acting out. She sneaks out of her room in the middle of the night to party and do things she shouldn't do. Ellen has covered for her a few times, but that won't be the case forever. She also has a habit of liking any guys her older sister is around. She claimed to be in love with John, Ellen's best childhood friend, and would follow the two of them around everywhere much to Ellen's dismay. She'll eventually long to be with Gabriel, Ellen's future boyfriend. Gabe will cheat on Ellen with Ena someday, and that will estrange the siblings even further.

JOHN COPLAND SEVENTEEN SENIOR INTELLIGENT JULIAN MORRIS

John Copland is Ellen's best friend and confidante. They grew up next door to each other. He was her first kiss and first crush. Their parents always joked that the two of them would end up married someday. Now, they are more like brother and sister. However, Ellen does still have a huge crush on him, but she won't admit it. When Gabriel cheats on her with her younger sister, John will be the person she turns to for comfort. He's her rock and the only person she trusts.
